Call for evidence description

The social housing green paper sets out our intention to carry out a review of regulation of social housing to ensure it remains fit for purpose, reflects changes in the social housing sector and drives a focus on delivering a good service for residents.

This call for evidence asks for information on how the regulatory regime is meeting its current objectives – both what works well and what does not. Alongside questions in the green paper it marks the first stage in the review process.

We are keen to hear from a wide range of interested parties including residents, landlords and lenders.
