Consultation description

The draft rules replace the Competition Commission Rules of Procedure (CC1) and make minor changes to reflect the replacement of CC member groups by groups of CMA Panel members, under the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013.

This consultation is addressed to all those who have an interest in the procedures of groups of CMA Panel members conducting Phase 2 merger inquiries, market investigations and regulatory inquiries. In particular, it may be of interest to businesses and their legal and other advisers.
