Consultation description

We are seeking feedback on an application by The Postal Museum (London) for their 2 ‘mail rail’ ride trains to be exempt from the Rail Vehicle Accessibility Regulations 2010.

Their request is based on the reasoning that the ‘mail rail’ was originally designed to carry items of post and not for passenger travel.
