Consultation description

The forensic science regulator published codes of practice and conduct (codes) for forensic science providers and practitioners in the criminal justice system in 2011. The codes are being supplemented with appendices covering evidence specific requirements, guidance, information and protocols. In order to finalise each appendix, each one is being consulted on and feedback sought.

This draft protocol is issued to allow comments from interested parties; all comments will be given consideration prior to publication.

Comments should be sent on the feedback form provided to FSRConsultation5@homeoffice.gov.uk and should be submitted by 13 December 2013.
