Summary

We're seeking views on plans to revise our guidance on managing staff employment in schools.

This consultation ran from

Consultation description

We invite your feedback on proposals to replace existing guidance on managing staff employment in schools with new departmental advice.

The draft document sets out help and information on staffing and employment matters covered in the School Staffing (England) Regulations 2009.

Departmental advice helps you understand how to comply with the law or explains what our policies mean in practice. You do not have to follow the advice.
