Consultation description

Changes to the TPS regulations are necessary to adjust the member contribution rates following the most recent valuation and to update the existing Fair Deal provisions to include further education colleges.

Other minor amendments also need to be made to ensure the regulations are up to date and accurately reflect Department for Education policy. This consultation seeks responses from those likely to be affected by the proposed regulations.
