Consultation description

The updated guidance takes into account changes to the Communications Act 2003 made by the Digital Economy Act 2017.

The draft guidance also incorporates the text of CMA5: Cost recovery in telecoms price control references: Guidance on the CMA’s approach, with some minor amendments.

Following consultation, the revised guidance will replace CC13: Price control appeals under section 193 of the Communications Act 2003: Competition Commission Guidelines and CMA5.
