Consultation description

Monitor and NHS England are asking for feedback on:

• proposals for the 2014/15 national tariff
• joint proposals for local payment variations
• proposals for how the national tariff will be enforced

The payment system is one lever that can help bring about necessary change in patterns of NHS care.

Your feedback will help Monitor and NHS England to place the interests of patients at the heart of the future NHS payment system, and provide better quality services for patients at a cost that is sustainable.
