Consultation description

Triennial reviews are part of the government’s commitment to ensuring non departmental public bodies continue to have regular independent challenge.

This review will look at the functions and form of the ACMD, NDNADEG and ASC and whether they should continue to exist at arm’s length from government.

Should the review conclude there is a continuing need for the body, it will go on to examine whether the body’s control and governance arrangements continue to meet the recognised principles of good corporate governance.
