We want to know what you think about our proposals for additional enforcement requirements to the Ivory Act 2018. We also want your views on the statutory guidance on the use of civil sanctions. This includes:

  • application of enforcement undertakings, stop notices and monetary penalties
  • additional requirements for civil sanctions
  • additional requirements for appeals related to civil sanctions
