Consultation description

We want to hear your views on government proposals to extend:

  • the current UK REACH deadlines for businesses to submit dossiers for transitional registrations
  • the dates for the Health and Safety Executive (the UK REACH agency) to carry out compliance checks on 20% of registration dossiers

We are seeking views on 3 options, including a do-nothing option.

The Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has published a statement on the consistency of the proposed amendments with the aims of the UK REACH Regulation.
