The Control of Waste (Dealing with Seized Property) (England and Wales) Regulations 2015 have been laid in Parliament and come into force on 6 April. It also includes explanatory memorandum.

Consultation description

We want to know what you think about our proposals for new laws to allow the seizure of vehicles for suspected waste crime offences. The draft regulations will help us reduce illegal waste activity, giving enforcement authorities better tools to use in the investigation and prosecution of suspected offences.
