Terms of reference

The forum’s 3 main objectives are to:

  • establish a clear focus for identifying and responding to both parties requirements.
  • improve the delivery and customer utilisation of HMRC e-services through collaborative working.
  • provide a centralised mechanism for the identification and where appropriate anticipation of strategic, technical and service support issues, across HMRC services, which will affect both parties and ultimately mutual customers. Strategic issues can be identified as those which relate to the over-arching position being adopted by either party which if left unresolved may impact the long term goals of either or ultimately all of the parties involved.

Minutes

The group meets 3 times annually.
