Committee to consider Statutory Guidance for Trust Special Administrators
The committee is considering revisions to guidance to Trust Special Administrators (TSAs) appointed to NHS Trusts and Foundation Trusts.
The committee was formed following the passing of amendments under section 120 of the Care Act 2014 to strengthen the Trust Special Administrator’s regime.
The Secretary of State for Health provides guidance to TSAs appointed to NHS Trusts while Monitor provides guidance to TSAs appointed to Foundation Trusts.
