Task and finish groups
Task and finish groups have been established to look at 3 areas and feedback to the wider group:
- work programme: developing a work programme to support improvements to the payment system in the medium term with regard to reimbursement of specialised services and patient complexity
- impact assessment: assessing the combined impact of HRG4+, revised top-up arrangements and other relevant changes
- specialised risk share: consider the implementation issues currently being faced, with a view to supporting the development of an evidence-based approach to risk share, and advise on future risk share proposals.
