  • Caribbean and Small Island Developing States
  • soft power (including FCDO arms-length bodies British Council, BBC World Service and Wilton Park)
  • devolution

Baroness Chapman was appointed Minister of State (International Development, Latin America and Caribbean) in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office on 28 February 2025.

Before that she was Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office between 18 July 2024 and 28 February 2025.
