Accessing British venture capital from Uruguay
UK expert Hugh Parnell will give entrepreneurs tips on how to access venture capital to kick-start their businesses.

British expert in Innovation and Entrepeneurship, Hugh Parnell, will visit Uruguay on 4 April. He will give a conference in LATU (Laboratorio Tecnológico del Uruguay) at 9 am: “The best way to access venture capital in the UK”. The event is organized by the British Embassy in Montevideo and Ingenio, an organization which supports start-ups in Uruguay. Register here
During the afternoon he will meet with universities and other organisations that support entrepreneurs.
Parnell specialises in access to finance, business development, and early stage growth with a focus on environmental and energy companies. He also has many years of experience in University-Business collaboration.
