Advantis awarded means testing debt collection contract

Advantis Credit Limited will deliver Crown Court means testing (CCMT) debt collection and enforcement services (DCES) on behalf of the Legal Aid Agency (LAA).

Advantis was selected following a competitive tender process, conducted under the “Open Procedure” in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the contract was signed on Thursday 8 August 2024.

The new contract goes live on Monday 3 February 2025. The incumbent supplier - Marston Holdings Ltd - will continue to deliver the current DCES contract until Sunday 2 February 2025.

All parties will work collaboratively to ensure there is a smooth transition of the DCES service between Marston Holdings Ltd and Advantis Credit Limited.

There are no immediate impacts on any existing clients/defendants.
