The phone lines at British Nationals Assistance Office, Goa are not working. The Goa office is also unable to issue Emergency Travel Documents until further notice. British nationals in Goa who would like to seek any assistance or are in need of Emergency Travel Documents should call the Consular section at British Deputy High Commission in Mumbai on +91 (0) 22 6650 2222.

Consular section, Goa expects to be fully operational by Tuesday, 3 September 2013.
