The Consular section at the British High Commission in New Delhi will be closed on Wednesday, 9 October 2013. British nationals in the North of India requiring urgent consular assistance may please call the British Deputy High Commission in Mumbai on +91-22-6650 2222. (This number is only for consular emergencies, not passport or visa enquiries).

The closure is unavoidable and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
