The introduction of the new Air Traffic Management (ATM) 3000 Series is delayed until 4 February 2015.

The Military Aviation Authority (MAA) has decided to delay the introduction of the new ATM 3000 Series as a result of the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) decision to introduce the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) in a phased approach. This will ensure that the MAA ATM 3000 Series Regulatory Articles remain aligned with the Air Navigation Order and relevant CAA publications.

At the same time, the MAA will update some of the new ATM 3000 Regulatory Articles to include Requests for Change that have been submitted between the Regulatory Notice being published and the original planned ‘go live date’ of 12 January 2015. The changes are minor in nature and will be identified in a Regulatory Notice to be published either on, or before 19 January 2015.
