This notice is published following the conclusion of an investigation case in which the following product was seized by Defra Investigation Services (DIS).

• 1 x box of Diazepam 10mg Tablets

This product was intended for use in dogs and is not an authorised veterinary medicine in GB or NI.

The medicines were seized under Regulation 26(1) (possession of an unauthorised veterinary medicine) of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013.
