Animal medicines improvement notice: Cornwall Farmers Ltd
Details of the notice issued to Cornwall Farmers Ltd. Published in April 2014.
Cornwall Farmers Ltd, Bideford, Devon, was supplying veterinary medicines without the presence of a suitable qualified person (SQP).
The improvement required is to cease supply of veterinary medicines from the premise when a SQP is not present.
