Animal medicines improvement notice: VetUK Ltd
Details of the improvement notice issued to VetUK Ltd, Thirsk, Yorkshire, published in December 2017.
This Notice was issued to VetUK Ltd for placing on the market unauthorised products presented for the treatment of joint disorders and as a veterinary wormer contrary to Regulation 4 of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations (VMR).
The improvements required are:
- All non-compliant material must be removed from the VetUK website before the date set by this Notice.
- Sale or supply of all non-compliant labelled products must end before the date set by this Notice.
