Apply for 2019 Youth Mobility Scheme Certificates of Sponsorship
From 18 February to 1 March 2019, the Hong Kong Labour Department will be accepting applications for Certificates of Sponsorship for the Youth Mobility Scheme.
The UK/Hong Kong Youth Mobility Scheme is now in its sixth year and allows young people aged between 18 and 30 to live, work or study in the UK for up to 2 years.
British Consul General to Hong Kong Andrew Heyn said:
As well as providing an opportunity for invaluable work experience, the UK/Hong Kong Working Holiday Scheme will provide opportunities for young people to experience life and culture in the UK. We look forward to welcoming more young people from Hong Kong to the UK to broaden their horizons, as well as seeing more young UK citizens come to Hong Kong.
Since 2014, 1,000 HKSAR passport holders can qualify for the Youth Mobility Scheme each year. HKSAR passport holders need a Certificate of Sponsorship to apply for the Youth Mobility Scheme.
