Aramark takes ownership of DIO Hestia contracts
Announcement detailing the ownership of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) Hestia Contracts following the liquidation of Carillion.
Aramark has assumed full ownership of the CarillionAramark operating company which will continue to provide services to the DIO for the duration of the existing Hestia contracts in respect of the south-east and London, Scotland and Northern Ireland and north regions.
