Baroness D'Souza visits Macedonia
Lord Speaker of the House of Lords of UK Parliament is visiting Macedonia on 25 and 26 September 2013

In the morning of the first day of her visit Lord Speaker laid flowers at the monument of fallen heroes for Macedonia. She was welcomed by the Speaker of the Parliament of Macedonia Trajko Veljanoski and addressed the Macedonian Parliament in a plenary session. Lord Speaker also met with the MPs from the Parliamentary Group for Cooperation with the UK Parliament. During her visit Baroness D’Souza will be meeting different stakeholders in the Macedonian society such as: Government representatives, political parties, local self-government, media and civil society.
