Baroness Verma took part in one-hour webchat on Thursday 17 January, ahead of the votes later this month on whether the search should start to find a suitable site for an underground nuclear waste repository in west Cumbria.

Many thanks to those who took part in the webchat and sent in such a wide range of questions. We had over 200 in total. Questions that weren’t answered, will be themed into subjects and responded to by the DECC policy team. We will post this online shortly.
