Road users in Hampshire are advised that the Black Dam roundabout, at junction 6 of the M3 near Basingstoke in Hampshire, will be closed this weekend while the final stages of a major junction upgrade are carried out.

The slip roads to and from the M3 will be closed from 10pm on Friday 5 February until 5am on Monday 8 February to switch the junction to its new layout, along with all the approach roads to the junction: the A30 the A339.

Clearly signed diversions will be in place via the M3, A30 and local roads. There will be no restrictions on the M3. From 5am on Monday the roundabout will be open in its final layout, with all restrictions removed.
