British Ambassador to Venezuela presents copies of his Letters of Credentials
The new British Ambassador to Venezuela presented copies of his Letters of Credentials to the Venezuelan Minister of Foreign Affairs Jorge Arreaza
The British Ambassador-designate to Venezuela, Andrew Soper, presented copies of his Letters of Credentials to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Jorge Arreaza. They discussed the current state of bilateral relations between the UK and Venezuela.
Mr. Soper was Minister Counsellor at the British High Commission in New Delhi until June 2017. Previously, he was the British Ambassador to Latvia (2010-2013) and British High Commissioner to Mozambique (2007-2010).
The Ambassador, who started his career in the diplomatic service in 1985, has also served at the British embassies in Brazil, the United States and Mexico.
