British Embassy Tokyo call for bids: provision of event production services for UK in Japan 2019-20 campaign
The British Embassy Tokyo is looking for an Event Production Company to deliver UK in Japan 2019-20 Campaign. The deadline for bids is 1200hrs on 24 June 2019 (Japan time).
The British Embassy would like to invite you to join our tender for the provision of event production services to deliver UK in Japan 2019-20 Campaign.
UK in Japan 2019-20 campaign will run from September 2019 to September 2020 coinciding with the Rugby World Cup 2019 and Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics and Paralympics. Using the catalyst of these two global sporting moments the UK aims to showcase its excellence in business, innovation, culture, the arts, education, and diversity and inclusion. A series of events and activities will take place across all of these themes to demonstrate the strengths and opportunities for continued and new partnerships between the UK and Japan. We are seeking a dedicated, inventive and creative team to deliver the core event programme of the campaign period.
