The British Embassy Tokyo is looking for a Tech Specialist to support UK Investment and Trade with Japan. The deadline for bids is 1000 on 17 May 2019 (Japan time).

The Japan network (British Embassy Tokyo and the British Consulate General in Osaka) is looking for a Technology Specialist to implement an AI campaign and build high-value engagement across investment and trade.

The UK Embassy in Japan has a key objective in 2019-20 related to strengthening links between Japan and the UK in the digital and technology sectors on AI as well as other areas. There are already a significant range of collaborations in research, investment and trade between the two countries. As one of the world’s leading technology centres and with a technology sector growing at around double the pace of the normal economy, the UK offers a very strong opportunity for partnership with Japan – we want to grow the partnership further over the upcoming year.

This will be an exciting opportunity for you to work as an Tech Specialist from 1st June 2019 to 31st March 2020 with the Japan Network and engage in a variety of working opportunities.
