British High Commissioner extends Ramazan greetings

In his message the British High Commissioner Thomas Drew said:

Assalam-u-Alaikam!

At the advent of the holy month of Ramazan, I would like to extend my best wishes to you, your families and friends.

The holy month of Ramazan teaches the virtues of tolerance and being good to others. It is a time to turn our thoughts to helping those who are disadvantaged.

I extend Ramazan greetings to all Muslims in Pakistan, the UK and around the world, who will sacrifice their day-to-day comforts to show their devotion to God.

Ramazan Mubarak.
