It was all smiles when H.E Dianna Melrose handed welcome back certificates to the new returning Chevening Scholars.
The British High Commissioner H.E Dianna Melrose on 30th January 2015 hosted a reception to welcome back our two 2013/2014 Chevening Scholars and the UK Alumni in Tanzania organisation.
