The bidding window for the Arab Partnership Economic Fund (Country Impact Fund) is open. Funds are available to support non-governmental organisations working on economic issues in Jordan.

Proposals submitted under this call for bids should cover one or more of the following points:

  • Improving economic analysis
  • Increasing good quality media coverage of economic and private sector issues
  • Supporting debate and dialogue on economic issues
  • Strengthening Jordanian civil society, research and media organisations with an interest in economics.

Topics covered could include, but need not be limited to: macroeconomic policy, fiscal policy, energy policy, public financial management, taxation, budget transparency and labour market dynamics including youth employment issues.

All bidders should complete the concept note template and send it to AP.Amman@fco.gov.uk by 14 September 2013. While the main and preferred working language in the Embassy is English, we will not exclude applications written in Arabic.
