The British Embassy in Phnom Penh is pleased to announce a Call for Project Proposals for the period April 2013 to March 2014.

Call for Project Proposals - Bilateral Programme Fund

Our Areas of Interest, at a policy level, are:

  1. Human rights: particularly land rights, freedoms of expression, rule of law, corporate social responsibility, and working with national and regional human rights institutions.

  2. Good governance and democracy, including electoral reform and elections, access to information, participation, transparency and accountability.

  3. Climate Change, especially promoting low carbon, green economy and natural resource management.

We are looking for projects that can show impact and deliver change.

Budget:

Project budgets should be for a single year for activities undertaken over the period April 2013 to March 2014. We are unable to fund multiple year projects. Proposals should fall within the range US$3,000-$25,000.

Non eligible projects for funding:

Projects focussed on service delivery or projects that support military, religious or construction activities, capital costs or salaries.

How to apply:

A project proposal form and guidance on how to complete the form are available here: project over £10,000, project under £10,000, and project under £5,000. Prospective implementers should complete Project Proposal form and return it electronically to project.phnompenh@fco.gov.uk.

Deadline:

Please submit Concept Bids by 7 May 2013 (or sooner if possible). Bidders will be notified of the outcome within 4 weeks.
