Cameroon: tender call for remediation work

The British High Commission in Yaounde is seeking a quote for remediation works on three of its properties to be submitted by 3 March 2023.

This was published under the 2022 to 2024 Sunak Conservative government

The requirement for remediation works is on perimeter walls in three of the High Commission’s properties (CMY049C, CMY046C & CMY002A) in the Bastos area. For schedule of works, refer to Schedule 1, Schedule 2 and Schedule 3 accordingly in the attachment.

All the work will be in accordance with recognised UK and International Building and Construction codes. Construction shall abide by all the Foreign Development and Commonwealth Office (FCDO) rules and regulations including security and safety regulations.

Process

The proposed attachment specification/terms of reference (ODT, 2.79 MB) provides high-estimate for duration of works, however, final programme duration and milestones to be provided by contractor as part of quote based on the scope of works.

The FCDO will make payment in arrears at specified milestones, agreed to with contractor. A Purchase Order number for this requirement will be provided.

Your quote should remain valid for 90 days from the required date of receipt and all costs should be stated in CFA. Your quotation should be inclusive all costs.

Send us your quote by 12.00 hours on 3 March 2023 to Bhcyaoundeprocurement@fcdo.gov.uk. Use the title: RFQ Response GWR363; RFQ Response GWR365; RFQ Response GWR366 as per the schedule in the subject line of your email.

The quote should constitute one copy in Excel format and one in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. The .pdf file will be the master copy of your quotation.
