Hundreds of exhibits from businesses and organisations are demonstrating everything from how UK power grids work to welding a bridge out of chocolate with the aim of showing young people (primarily aged 7-19) just how many exciting and rewarding opportunities there are in science and engineering if they get the right experience and qualifications.

This year The Big Bang Fair runs 13 to 16 March and tickets are free.
