Ms Lucy Joyce OBE has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova

Ms Lucy Joyce OBE has been appointed Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova in succession to Mr Philip Batson, who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Ms Joyce will take up her appointment during late summer 2016.
