Mr Thomas (Tom) Carter has been appointed Her Majesty’s Non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Honduras in succession to Ms Carolyn Davidson who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Carter will take up his appointment in October 2017
