Change of His Majesty’s Ambassador to Tajikistan: Katherine Smitton

Katherine Smitton has been appointed His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Tajikistan, in succession to Timothy Marschall Jones.

This was published under the 2022 to 2024 Sunak Conservative government

Ms Katherine Smitton has been appointed His Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Tajikistan in succession to Mr Timothy Marschall Jones who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Ms Smitton will take up her appointment during October 2024.
