Charity regulator appoints Interim Managers to College Farm Trust
The Charity Commission, the regulator of charities in England and Wales, has appointed Interim Managers to College Farm Trust (registered charity number 1074936).
The charity was placed under statutory inquiry in August 2024 to investigate a range of concerns about trustee decision making.
The Commission has now appointed Interim Managers to the charity, whose role is to undertake certain duties in line with the charity’s governing document.
The Interim Managers were appointed on 19 December 2024 and will be in control of the charity to undertake the duties specified in the appointment order.
Frances Coulson and Robert Paterson of Wedlake Bell LLP are tasked with, including but not limited to:

securing the charity’s property and assets

recruiting members
-
calling an AGM at which trustees will be elected
The Commission’s inquiry into the charity remains ongoing.
