Ambassador David Slinn hosted Christmas reception for members of the British community

HMA David Slinn was delighted to welcome members of the British community to the Residence for a Christmas gathering. It has become a tradition to get together with those who came to work and live in Croatia (some of them, over 36 years ago) to share mince pies and mulled wine. A number of British people live in places as varied as Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Hvar, Split, to name but a few. This year, the number of British tourists who visited Croatia has gone up 25 percent, as they learn to discover coastline and music festivals of the EU’s newest member.
