A headline intentions document is now available setting out our approach for the remaining categories still operating under the 2010 standard civil contract.
We intend to award contracts starting from 1 November 2015 for:
- actions against the police etc
- clinical negligence
- public law services
A tender for these contracts will open in December 2014.
We intend to tender for contracts for immigration removal centres and housing possession court duty schemes next year.
