You can now view the revised immigration specification to reflect the changes that are being introduced by the Nationality and Borders Act 2022.
These changes come into force on 1 April 2023. We are running training webinars for providers on 8 and 9 March 2023 to help bring them up to speed. These will cover:
-
changes to the Immigration and Asylum Specification on 1 April 2023 and how to bill new work
-
changes to controlled legal representation for immigration and asylum work
-
reduced escape fee threshold for immigration and asylum work
We are also working on updated guidance which will be available soon.
