A unique and exciting opportunity to be the Director of People (DoP) for the Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) has opened up and HR professionals with suitable experience are invited to apply.
Our new DoP will play a leading role in ensuring that the CNC has a highly trained, skilled and professional workforce that merits the respect and trust of our communities, stakeholders and funders.
As the governing body for the CNC, the Civil Nuclear Police Authority (CNPA) are seeking someone who can instil confidence, drive positive change, thrive in an environment of challenge, is solution focused, and leads by example.
