Possible planned demonstration may occur this evening Sunday, 06 July in the Centre of Kuwait City
Please be aware that planned demonstrations may occur this evening, Sunday 6 July, in the centre of Kuwait City. A march is planned at 10pm from the Grand Mosque to the Palace of Justice. However, the exact location of these demonstrations may change without notice, and protests can spread to other areas as well.
In line with our existing Travel Advice, we advise British Nationals to avoid areas where there is a potential for large public gatherings and demonstrations to occur, to take sensible precautions for their personal safety, and to follow news reports.
