The switchboard at the British Embassy Tokyo is now fully operational, for enquiries about consular services please call +81 (0)3 5211 1100.

There may still be a delay in receiving emails sent to the Consular Enquiries Mailbox since Friday 10th February. If you have not received a response please call the Embassy on the above number. We apologise for any delay this fault has caused in responding to enquiries.
