The Cabinet Office has written this week to families of service personnel who lost their lives in Iraq, asking whether they would wish to receive a copy of the Iraq Inquiry report once it is published on 6 July. It is possible that some letters may take some days to arrive. If you believe you should have received a letter, and wish to have a copy of the report, please contact the Cabinet Office by phone (020 7276 3012) or email brian.williams@cabinetoffice.gov.uk.
