Crime news: court appointee and defence cost order claim forms
Digital claim forms CA1 and DCO1 magistrates’ court fastrak claims must be used for all claims from 1 January 2019.
All court appointee and defence cost order magistrates’ court fastrak claims will have to be made on digital claim forms from 1 January 2019.
